About Us

Did you know the original concept for the Coffee Mill was founded in 1960 as a truck stop called the "Tallyho!" ? The name only lasted a year and was changed to the Golden Fox where it was managed and owned by the Jackson family ( Dean & Carol) of Zumbrota, MN. and the Wood family ( Jim and Joan ) of Zumbrota, MN. In 1984 Dean and Carol Jackson bought a building located in Zumbrota on Main Street. Thats when the Coffee Mill was born! Jim and Joan Wood continued to operate the Golden Fox as sole owners.

    Our seating capacity is 84. We can accomadate large groups of 15-20 people. Please call ahead. If 20 or more please call ahead to make sure we can accomadate your party's size.
